HV Isolation/Grounding Switch

Samgor's pneumatic single-pole disconnector is a switching device used to isolate a part of an electrical circuit for safe maintenance. It utilizes silicone rubber, epoxy, and glass-fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) insulating posts and insulating operating rods with high creepage distances. The U-shaped contacts, conductive rods, and connection terminals are all made of profile materials with surface treatment, and a line-contact design is adopted to ensure reliable connection and reduce operating force. The maintenance-free high-quality air cylinders provide pneumatic drive, requiring no regular lubrication.

The rated voltage of the high-voltage disconnectors / earthing switches is 12 kV to 170 kV, the rated current is 1000 A to 6000 A, the insulation level is 42/75 kV to 275/650 kV, and the circuit resistance is < 50 MΩ.
